Shipping policy
Orders are processed Monday through Friday. All orders are processed within one business day. Our cut-off time is set at 12 pm (Eastern Time) for same-day shipping.
Domestic Shipping Methods
USPS Ground Advantage - Previously referred to as USPS First Class, this service typically delivers within 3 to 5 business days across most locations in the US and includes a tracking number.
USPS Priority Mail - Delivery is usually within 2 to 3 business days across most areas in the US and includes a tracking number and insurance.
USPS Priority Mail Express - This is the quickest domestic service, offering shipping within 1 to 2 business days (overnight delivery to some US locations), along with a tracking number and insurance.
International Shipping Methods
USPS First Class Package International - A cost-effective option for sending packages to Canada, complete with tracking numbers.
USPS Priority Mail International - A dependable international delivery service that includes a tracking number and insurance. Typically delivers within 6 to 10 business days, though some restrictions may apply based on destination and package weight.

When placing your order, please remember that USPS observes the following holidays:

Important: Keep these closures in mind when placing your orders. Shipments will not be processed after noon Eastern Time on the day before a holiday, nor will they be sent on holidays or weekends. Shipments will resume on the first business day after a holiday or weekend.
INTERNATIONAL DELIVERIES ONLY
Please note that all shipments outside the U.S. may incur import duties, taxes, or VAT once they arrive in your country. Since we cannot control or predict these charges, any additional customs clearance fees must be paid by the recipient. These charges are not included in the purchase price, and we will not be responsible for covering any import duties, taxes, or VAT under any circumstances.
We are unable to provide a shipping refund for returned items if the return is made to avoid paying customs duties. Only the cost of the purchased items will be refunded.
Customs policies vary significantly by country, and customs duties may not always apply. Each country has its own rules regarding whether import duties, taxes, or VAT will be charged. Therefore, we recommend contacting your local customs, import, or mail departments for rates before placing an order to prevent any surprises.
We cannot guarantee that items will not be subject to random inspections, which could result in delays and additional charges. We are not liable for any delays caused by customs clearance processes at the destination.
