Price Match Policy
At eSunWear.com, we are committed to offering our customers the best possible prices for their favorite products. In order to ensure that our customers are getting the best value for their money, we offer a Price Match Guarantee.
If you find a lower price for the same product on a competitor's website, simply email us the competitor's offer and we will price match it up to 15%. Please note that we only respond by email (sales@esunwear.com) after the price has been verified.
To qualify for a price match, the product must be a matching brand, style, and color, and must be currently in stock at the online retailer's website and on eSunWear.com at the time of the price match request.
Please be aware that we cannot price-match any offer after your order has already been placed with us. Additionally, we do not offer price matching from Thanksgiving Day through the Monday after Thanksgiving (Cyber Monday).
Finally, we reserve the right to not price match our online prices to our physical retail stores' prices.

Promotions & Discounts

COVID-19 Prevention Policy
At eSunWear.com, we believe that the health and safety of our workers and customers is our top priority. As such, we have developed a COVID-19 prevention policy to ensure that we are doing everything in our power to mitigate the potential for transmission of COVID-19 in our workplaces and communities.
To achieve this goal, we have implemented the following measures:
Hygiene and respiratory etiquette: All workers and customers must practice regular handwashing and coughing/sneezing etiquette. Hand sanitizers and tissues will be provided in all work and customer areas.
Engineering and administrative controls for social distancing: We have implemented measures for maintaining a 6-foot distance between individuals, including rearranging workspaces and customer areas, and limiting the number of workers and customers in a given area.
Cleaning, disinfecting, decontamination, and ventilation: We have established cleaning protocols for all areas of the workplace and customer areas, including frequent disinfection of high-touch surfaces. Adequate ventilation has been established based on CDC and Florida Department of Health guidelines.
Prompt identification and isolation of sick persons: We have established protocols for identifying and isolating sick workers or customers in order to prevent transmission within the workplace.
Management and necessary supervision: Managers and supervisors are responsible for ensuring the effective implementation of our COVID-19 prevention policy, including conducting regular training and monitoring compliance.
Protection and controls for pick-up, drop-off, and delivery: We have established protocols for minimizing contact during pick-up, drop-off, and delivery of products by implementing contactless delivery and curbside pick-up.
