Refund policy

30-day Return Policy Guarantee - You have 30 days from receipt to initiate a return or send the item back. To qualify for a full refund, the item must be in the same condition as when you received it: unworn or unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging.

You can buy your return label either at a carrier facility or online. To guarantee your package's safe and precise delivery, we highly recommend using an insured service that includes package tracking.

If you'd like to obtain a return label directly from us, just contact us via email or phone, and we will quickly send it to your email for convenient printing and shipping of your item. The fee for the return label is $4.50. Please note that we can only provide return labels for orders shipped within the United States.

Damages and issues
We kindly ask that you check your order as soon as you receive it. If you find that the item is defective, or damaged, or if you received the wrong item, please contact us right away so we can assess the situation and resolve it for you.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on Gift Cards.


Exchanges
The quickest way to receive the item you want is to return the one you currently have and place a new order for the desired item separately. If you choose not to follow the previous option, we will handle your exchange once we receive the item you no longer want. Please inform us of your exchange request by contacting us via mail, phone, or by noting it on the packing slip of your order. If the item is unavailable or out of stock, a refund will be processed.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 2 business days.

Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 10 business days have passed since we approved your return, please contact us at sales@esunwear.com.
