Price Match Policy

  • We strive to provide the best prices on our products with our Price Match Guarantee. If you find a lower price on the same item from a competitor, email us at sales@esunwear.com, and we will match it up to 15% after verification. The item must match in brand, style, and color and be in stock at both retailers. Note that we cannot process price matches after an order is placed, nor do we match prices from Thanksgiving to Cyber Monday.

 

Promotional Codes and Discounts Policy

We value our customers' loyalty and offer promotional codes and discounts as a token of appreciation. However, to ensure fairness and legality, promotional codes may expire or be discontinued without notice. They must comply with applicable laws, and any code deemed illegal may be canceled. Unauthorized copying or selling of codes is prohibited and considered fraud. Codes are not redeemable for cash. We can also cancel or change promotions at any time without notice, and only one promotion can be used per transaction.

 

Shipping Policy

Orders are processed Monday through Friday. All orders are processed within one business day. Our cut-off time is set at 12 pm (Eastern Time) for same-day shipping.

Domestic Shipping Methods From USPS
USPS Ground Advantage - Previously referred to as USPS First Class, this service typically delivers within 3 to 5 business days across most locations in the US and includes a tracking number.
USPS Priority Mail - Delivery is usually within 2 to 3 business days across most areas in the US and includes a tracking number and insurance.
USPS Priority Mail Express - This is the quickest domestic service, offering shipping within 1 to 2 business days (overnight delivery to some US locations), along with a tracking number and insurance.

International Shipping Methods From USPS
USPS First Class Package International - A cost-effective option for sending packages to Canada, complete with tracking numbers.
USPS Priority Mail International - A dependable international delivery service that includes a tracking number and insurance. Typically delivers within 6 to 10 business days, though some restrictions may apply based on destination and package weight.
