Does eSunWear have a catalog?

eSunWear does not have a catalog at this time.


Can you send special offers or coupons by regular postal mail?

We only send special offers via email. Please register to sign up for our e-mailing list to receive the latest eSunWear updates, offers, and more.


Do you have a retail location?

No, we don't. Our business is exclusively online.

What size should I order?

We recommend using our size chart to find your fit. Visit our Size Charts page here.


How do I measure myself for sizing?

In order to determine proper fit, we recommend taking your chest, waist, and hip measurements then compare them to the manufacturer's sizing chart. Always double check your measurements and be sure the measuring tape is held straight and snug (not too tight or loose).

Bust*/chest: Measure around the fullest part of your chest.

*For women, this measurement is NOT the same as your bra band size.

Waist: Hold the end of the tape at your belly button and wrap around your waist to the front.

Hip: Measure around the widest point of your hips and buttocks.

Body Loop/Torso: Start at the inner shoulder, come down the front of the torso and go between the legs. Continue up the back to the start of the tape on the shoulder.


Why is the color/size I want not available?

Our availability is limited to stock on hand, and everything that you see online should be currently in stock and ready to ship. If a color/size/product is not listed then we may be temporarily out of stock.


What are your washing instructions?

We have a few tips to keep your new swimwear in the finest condition for many seasons to come.

Most suits, not all, are chlorine resistant but must be cared for properly to prolong their life. Chlorine, whether wet or dry, causes the fabric to break down and fade.

Suntan lotion absorbed by the suit and not washed out can damage the fabric. Please always be careful to keep your swimwear free from lotions.

To remove chlorine, thoroughly hand-rinse your swimwear in cold water after each use and hang to dry.

Do not wash your swimwear in a washing machine and do not use a dryer. Do not use Woolite® or other detergents when cleaning, they can cause colors to fade.

Whirlpools and spas have a high concentration of chemicals to sanitize the water. Public pools often exceed normal chlorine levels for health reasons. Regular use of these facilities may cause the fabric of your suit to break down more quickly than what is considered to be normal use. We suggest rinsing your swimwear thoroughly with cold water immediately after use in these conditions.

BE CAREFUL WHERE YOU SIT - edges of pools are often rough and abrasive so that you do not slip when walking on them. Although it may not feel rough to you it will to your swimming costume. It can cause your suit to run and pick at the bottom or on the front of it if you are leaning over the edge of the pool. Take extra care and simply lay a towel down to sit on instead and avoid leaning around the edges. Beware at galas of sitting back against the concrete block walls in pools with your expensive race suit on, they are normally highly abrasive and can tear thin race suit material!

DO NOT wrap your swimsuit in your towel. The towel has soaked up all of the chemicals and will continue to expose the swimsuit materials to their harsh effects.

AVOID HOT TUBS - Hot tubs are extremely hard on your swimming costume, the bromine and extreme temperatures will fade and stretch your suit faster than anything else. I would suggest wearing an old costume that you are tired of if you know you are going to be using a hot tub and wash it as explained above for best results. If you want to wear your regular costume then make sure you wash it as soon as possible after getting out of the hot tub.


Does my product have a warranty?

Please note, manufacturer warranties may not apply in all cases depending on factors including use of the product or when the product was purchased. Please review the warranty carefully, and contact the manufacturer directly for any additional questions.

How can I be sure my order went through?

After submitting your order at, you should be directed to a Thank You page. Additionally, you should receive an order confirmation via e-mail. What is the average handle time?

All orders are processed Monday thru Friday. Most orders are processed within one business day.


How can I check the status of my order?

Can I change or cancel my order?

If your order has not been shipped yet, you can cancel or make a change by sending us an e-mail using our Contact form or by calling Customer Service at (407)757-0772.


What options do I have for delivery service and carrier?

Our Shipping Methods:

USPS First Class Package

Delivery in 4 to 5 business days in most cases inside the U.S., with tracking number.

USPS Priority Mail

Delivery in 2 to 3 business days in most cases inside the U.S., with tracking number and insurance.

USPS Priority Mail Express

The fastest domestic service provided by the USPS. Shipping in 1 to 2 Business Days (Overnight delivery to most U.S. locations), with tracking number and insurance.

We offer Free First Class shipping on domestic orders over $50.


I chose Priority Mail Express shipping. Why hasn't my order arrived yet?

Priority Mail Express refers to how quickly your order should arrive after it has been shipped, and does not include the time that it takes to process your order. Additionally, credit card authorizations pending approval and courier issues could delay your order.


When will my credit card be charged?

Your credit card will be charged when your order is successfully placed. You will be emailed order confirmation and can review your order history under "My Account".


Why was my credit card declined?

Most declined transactions are the result of some information being entered incorrectly. Please confirm your billing address, credit card number, expiration date, and CVV2 number before attempting to place the order again. If you have moved or changed addresses recently, you may wish to try using your prior address in the Billing Address field. If all information in our systems is accurate, please contact your credit card company and confirm the address that is listed for the primary account holder.


How can I return my order?

eSunWear wants you to be fully satisfied with your Online purchase. We will gladly refund your purchase within 30 days as long as the items are in salable condition (brand-new, unused, unworn, and unwashed) with all tags attached. Credits will be issued based on the original payment method, excluding any applicable shipping charges. We will notify you by email once your return has been processed. After 60 days merchandise cannot be returned.


Do I need any return authorization form to ship my return?

How will I receive my Store Credit?

Merchandise credit is given when we receive a return that has been postmarked after 30 days but before 60 days from the date the customer purchased the order. After the return has been processed, we will send an e-mail confirmation which includes the credit amount and the merchandise credit code (Gift Card).


How can I redeem my Store Credit (Gift Card)?

Gift cards are delivered by email and contain instructions to redeem them at checkout. Our gift cards have no additional processing fees.


I have a Gift Card for an order I returned from your website. Can I use it at a retail store or on another website?

Gift cards issued by can only be redeemed through our website. It is non-transferable and non-refundable.


I bought my swimwear merchandise at a retail store or from a different website. Can I return it to you?

We can only accept returns of merchandise purchased from Likewise, any merchandise purchased from cannot be returned to any retail stores.


The merchandise I ordered arrived damaged. Do I have to pay additional shipping charges to exchange it?

Not at all. If your order arrives damaged, we will gladly replace it at no additional charge, including shipping and handling fees. Please contact us to receive additional help.


Can I return merchandise using any shipping method?

Yes, you can. We recommend that you request a tracking number and delivery confirmation from your shipping provider to ensure the proper delivery of your return. We cannot issue refunds for lost and unconfirmed return shipments.



International Orders

Does eSunWear ship internationally?

Yes, we ship worldwide.


What options do I have for International delivery service and carrier?

eSunWear offers USPS standard shipping to International customers at this time. Our Shipping Methods:

USPS First Class International Package

At this moment, only Canadian Customers can use this method. An economical way to send packages with tracking number. Restrictions may apply based on destination and package weight.

USPS Priority Mail International

Reliable and affordable international delivery Service, with tracking number and insurance. Delivery in 6 to 10 business days in most cases (Restrictions may apply).


What fees and charges will be applied to my order?

eSunWear does not charge international sales tax, shipping duties, or brokerage fees. You will be responsible for directly paying all applicable sales tax, including GST and PST, and duties to customs upon delivery of your order. Please contact your customs office for a detailed explanation of how duties and taxes work when ordering online from the U.S. if you need further assistance.



Promotions and Contests

Can you tell me how a promotional code is applied to an order?

When using a promotional code on, the applicable discount will appear as "Promotional Savings" and will be deducted from your Order Total in your shopping cart during the checkout process.

This offer is valid for first-time email subscribers and first-time eSunWear shoppers. Eligible customers will receive their unique promo code to the email entered in the promo box within a few minutes. If you do not see the promotional email in your inbox, please check your Spam, Junk, or Promotional folders. Promo code expires in 30 days as indicated in the promo email.

Promotional codes can not be combined with our Price Match Guarantee or other promotional codes.


Can I get a price adjustment?

As a courtesy to our customers, we can honor a one-time price adjustment if an item is placed on sale (excluding Clearance) within one week (7 days) of the date of your purchase. To request a price adjustment, please call Customer Service at (407)757-0772 or send an email to within the 7-day window. If sending an email, please be sure to include your order number and order date. Refunds for price differences are issued in the original form of payment.
